[Fanmix] 'Sky and Sea' - Sora and Kairi [2007]

This is my very first fanmix (I think that's what you call it, yes?) for my ... I guess ultimate OTP? I really have a lot of pairings I enjoy, but Sora/Kairi is by far one of my favourites from every fandom I've ever taken a part of.

Basically Rin came up with the idea to do a music-swap and I thought it'd be fun. And it was! Getting the songs for the mix was difficult at first, and seeing as I've never really done this before, I had to go through my iTunes and look for songs with appropriate lyrics. Unfortunately, some of the songs are now being overplayed on the radio, but ah, well. I included two 'Bonus' tracks that didn't really fit into the arrangement but are pretty good songs anyway. So they're at the end.

Uh. Pretty much every song is as sappy as can get. Some are a lot more sappy than I probably could have had, but...are nice songs nonetheless. I'm more of a musically-inclined person to begin with as well, so going by lyrics was a little difficult. Sorry if they're too sappy. :3

The title of the mix is 'Sky and Sea' for obvious reasons. Sora means 'Sky' and Kairi (well 'kai') means 'Sea'. Didn't want to sap it up too much by naming it something really lame and corny but I didn't just want to title it 'SoKai Fanmix' either.

Anyway, enough blabbering. This was a lot of fun. If I ever feel the need, or someone requests to do another music-trade, I'm all up for it -- if you didn't get scared off from this one. ;D

Notes:
Track 13 - There's a weird pause before the song starts. No other version I've found is pause-less.
Track 15 - The song is perfect except for the one bit -- the chick's name 'Suzy Lee'. Just replace that with Kairi and you're good. ;D
